NZ Shipping

We currently ship overnight to all New Zealand districts. All items are traceable, and require a signature on delivery. We use CourierPost to deliver your items. 

When will my item be shipped?

Your item will be shipped within 4 weeks, of placing your order, if you have ordered from our classic range. Or 8 weeks if you have order a custom bikini. As our garments are made to measure this time includes making your garment to your exact requirements. You will be updated throughout the process so you are kept up to date on the status of your order. Generally we send your item out to you at around the 3 week mark, but depending on the volume we are experiencing we suggest allowing 4/8 weeks, plus shipping time for your order to arrive. 

After dispatch, when should I expect to receive my order?

Your item will be delivered using the overnight courier option provided by CourierPost. This is a traceable service and requires a signature on delivery. We suggest delivering your item to an address where you will be able to sign for it. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. 

For international shipping when should I receive my order?

Depending on your shipping zone, please allow up to 6 working days to receive your order. We offer express shipping to Australia, which can arrive as quickly as overnight.  We are continuing to add to our shipping locations, so please contact us if you are outside of our shipping zones, as we may be able to ship your item to you.  You will be liable for any import duties associated with the import of your order. 

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Please contact us and we will direct you to the correct shipping company, along with this you will receive your tracking number so please use this to locate your order. We will do our best to assist you with your inquiry. However, we do not have any control over the postage after it leaves our premises.
