24 Medical grade strips per pack. Conveniently sized, clear, double sided adhesive strips specially designed for adhesion of fabric to skin. 

Simply 

• Peel back 1 strip of tape from backing.
• Place on the inside of the fabric you want to stick down
• Remove the other side of the tape backing.
• Place against your skin where you want it held in place.
• Apply pressure for a few seconds to secure. 
• Take care when removing. Using some eucalyptus oil can aid in removal.
